SYNTHETIC AGENCY APPROVAL GATES — TEACHING EXAMPLE Import agency-approval-gates.json using n8n's Import from File menu. Keep it inactive and run manually. Inspect the Code node output for eight named scenarios. No credentials, AI model, email trigger, MCP server, network request, deployment or invoice integration is included. Sender identity, approval, staging results and recovery readiness are synthetic fixture values, not verified facts. Output is never permission to act. The JavaScript logic was executed locally under Node.js against eight expected outcomes. The JSON structure and connections were checked. Import and execution inside n8n have NOT been tested. This is not an end-to-end agency workflow or a WooCommerce test. Duplicate detection lasts only within one invocation. Production needs durable job state, trusted identity and approval sources, atomic uniqueness constraints and locks, real test evidence, access control, audit records and recovery handling. Expected states in order: ready_for_human_review, hold_identity, hold_approval, hold_scope, hold_scope, hold_verification, hold_verification, ignore_duplicate.
